Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PeptideTrack.io. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  • 1. Educational purpose only — not medical advice

    PeptideTrack.io is an educational and personal tracking tool. Nothing on the platform — including peptide profiles, protocol templates, dose logs, expert summaries, AI-generated content, FAQs, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or a recommendation to use any substance. You must consult your own qualified, licensed healthcare practitioner before starting, stopping, modifying or combining any peptide, supplement, fasting protocol, exercise regimen, or other intervention. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. Many peptides discussed are research compounds and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or other regulators for human therapeutic use. Legality, scheduling and labeling vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.

  • 2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use PeptideTrack.io. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

  • 3. Your account

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@peptidetrack.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • 4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to: (a) use the service to provide medical advice to others or to hold yourself out as a licensed practitioner unless you are one; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service; (c) upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that you do not have the right to upload; (d) use the service to coordinate the sale or distribution of controlled substances; or (e) misuse the service in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

  • 5. User content

    You retain ownership of the protocols, journal entries, photos and other content you create. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store and display that content solely so we can provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and we will not publish it without your permission.

  • 6. Affiliate and vendor links

    PeptideTrack.io may earn a commission when you click an outbound affiliate link (for example to peptidos.co) and complete a purchase. Affiliate relationships are clearly disclosed. We do not sell or fulfill any product ourselves; all transactions, shipping, returns, customer service and product quality are the responsibility of the third-party vendor under their own terms.

  • 7. Subscriptions and billing

    Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cadence and refund eligibility are shown at checkout and in your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • 8. Disclaimers

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. ANY HEALTH-RELATED CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

  • 9. Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDETRACK.IO AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD $100.

  • 10. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PeptideTrack.io and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

  • 11. Termination

    You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnification) will survive.

  • 12. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.

  • 13. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
